Workshops

One of the things Amanda is most passionate about is teaching others to embrace their own creativity. We hear again and again the same hesitation —“But I have terrible handwriting!” Don’t worry! Calligraphy and hand lettering are not the same as hand writing. All you need is a good instructor, practice and patience. Join a class and ignite your creative spark!

Testimonials

Amanda really saved the day for us. Our calligraphist bailed on us last minute (three weeks before our wedding) and we had a novel long list of items we needed signage and various wording for. Amanda graciously accepted this task with less than three weeks to make over 20 signage and card items - AND ship them to us. We could not have been more impressed by her work - the detail in everything she sent us - and her flexibility and communication. We would recommend her hands down 100%.

Amanda’s calligraphy is amazing. All of our guests commented on how beautiful our invitations were. So glad we picked The Scribblist!

Thank you for creating such a beautiful 8 x 8 quote for my daughter! Your lettering is so pretty and the colors you chose for the background are perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing! Love your creations; looking forward to ordering additional pieces from you in the future.
