Live Painting
Capture the beauty of your event with a live event painting! We offer acrylic paintings on canvas that capture the spirit of your event through details of the venue, wedding ceremony or reception, as well as individual watercolor portraits that are sure to delight your guests.

We paint up to 5 hours during your event, with a minimum booking of 3 hours for portrait painting. Please check with your venue prior to booking to ensure they allow on site painting. We will be a team of two - Amanda will complete the painting, while her assistant will assist with set up and photography.

For live acrylic painting we will provide our own easel and director’s chair. We ask that a small table be provided at the venue for our supplies, as well as access to water and a wash station. For watercolor portraits, we will need a garden table for two provided, along with two chairs. We are happy to paint outside, weather permitting, but recommend having an indoor alternative planned just in case. In the event we will be painting after sundown, we will need access to a plug for lighting.

Large canvas pieces are painted with acrylic paint. These pieces will be taken back to our studio to be completed off site and delivered post-wedding. Portraits are painted with watercolor on heavy weight paper, and will be available for guests to take home at the end of the event.

We require a minimum investment of $2,500 for all on-site live painting events. A deposit of 50% will be required to secure your date and booking.
The average acrylic painting investment is $5,000, depending on size and complexity.
The investment for watercolor portraits will vary based on number of guests to be painted and the duration of the event. We require a minimum booking of 3 hours for on-site portrait painting.
