PAYMENTS

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, or The Scribblist Gift Cards are accepted.

SHIPPING

Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail in the US and 6-10 days for International USPS Priority (pending customs). For International orders shipped via First Class Mail shipping times can be up to 3 weeks. 

Processing Time

The shipping method selected at checkout dictates the method that your order will be shipped. Please note this is separate from our production time, which is the time to create and pack up your order. Our processing time is approximately 3-5 business days, depending on order volume. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. If you need something sooner, simply email us, and we will move it up in our order queue to accommodate your timeline. We cannot guarantee shipping times and do no assume responsibility for damaged packages. Damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist in the filing of a claim. Estimates are as follows: USPS First Class 3-5 business days, USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days, USPS Priority Express Mail 1-2 business days.

Mugs will ship separately from any additional items in your order. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. You will only be charged for the shipping fee quoted during checkout.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Claims for missing items, wrong items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. 

We handle regular returns on a case by case basis. Custom items and made to order items are non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A shipping label will not be provided.

EXTENDED USE AND COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

All custom designs created by The Scribblist are owned by The Scribblist. This includes crests, custom orders, stationery artwork, motifs, patterns, illustrations, design elements, pet portraits and calligraphy.

The Scribblist obtains all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by The Scribblist and may be used in the reasonable course of The Scribblist’s business. The Scribblist has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
