I’m Amanda, the artist, educator and tea lover behind The Scribblist. Most days you can find me painting in my studio just outside of Portland, Oregon with my faithful pup Brady by my side.

That’s my studio assistant, Brady. He likes to sleep on the job, but he’s pretty cute so I let it slide.
My journey to where I am today has taken me all over the country, but I’ve planted my roots in the Pacific Northwest. Grab a cup of tea and get cozy - I’d love to tell you my story!
